Shipping policy

 

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that there may be potential delays at very busy times of year (particularly October and November) due to high order volumes, our own attendance at in-person Christmas Fairs and also any postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer Tracked-48 flat rate shipping at £3.10 to the whole of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Shipping is free for all orders totalling £50 or more.

We may offer upgraded shipping to a Tracked-24 service, but this is at our discretion.

Local delivery

If you offer local delivery or in-store pickup to customers in your area, you can dedicate a section of your shipping policy page to explain the process or create a separate shipping page specifically for local customers.

Free local delivery is available for orders over £200 within postcode areas DH1, DH2, DH3, DH4, DH5, DH6 and DH7. 

Deliveries are made from 9am - 5pm on Thursdays and Fridays. We will contact you via email or via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

 

We do not currently offer an in-store pick-up service, however many of our products can be purchased from our stockists. 

Please note that most of these businesses do not stock our full range.

International Shipping

 

We do not currently offer international shipping. If this is something you want to see us include in the future, please let us know.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at collierysoapstudio@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at collierysoapstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
