An email will be sent to the email address you used to place the order, showing the items you've ordered, the price, the payment method you used, order number, delivery address and tracking information (where applicable).

If you contact us before your order is processed (before we've printed shipping labels) then we will be able to change the shipping address for you. Please note that you must contact us from the email address used to make the purchase and you'll also need to confirm your order number and a few other personal details first (just to make sure you're the same person who placed the original order).

At this time, we only ship to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). This is due to UK and EU cosmetic product legislation.

It generally takes 3-5 working days to process all orders, then a further 2 days for Royal Mail to deliver. We're a small business and unfortunately can't manage the quick delivery of global companies, but we do our very best!

At certain times of year we will automatically upgrade all postage to Tracked 24, so parcels will be received the next working day after being posted.
